About Into the Woods ADE Festival

Side notes

Start of ticket sale

The first batch of tickets is sold out. Soon the second batch of tickets will be released. Stay tuned!

Personalizing tickets

Tickets to ITW ADE are very much in demand, which makes it sought after by black market traders. By personalizing tickets selling and buying tickets for excessive prices can be restricted. When entering the area of Into the Woods we ask for your ID to check the correct name, so don’t forget to bring it.

Deadline for personalizing

There is no deadline for personalizing tickets, it can even be done during the festival. It is recommended to personalize your tickets when you’re sure who you are bringing along.

I bought a ticket, but didn’t receive it yet

Don’t worry! Tickets will be send out in the week of the event, after you personalized them.

Changing the name on your ticket

If for some reason a different friend decides to come along you will have to change the name on the ticket. You can fix this through via Name Change at the Bosloket, with a service cost of €7,50. This discourages people from buying our tickets in bulk with the sole purpose of selling them again for excessive amounts of money.

The Bosloket is yet to be launched, more info will follow later.

Buying a second hand ticket

The only way to buy a second hand ticket is through the Bosloket.

At the Bosloket the sold ticket will be replaced by a new one. Through this you’re certain you have a valid ticket. The name is also automatically adjusted. The seller can ask a maximum of 100% of the ticket price. By doing this we’re putting a stop to commercial traders.

The Bosloket is yet to be launched, more info will follow later.

Ticketswap isn’t available anymore

You can’t sell and buy Into the Woods ADE tickets via Ticketswap anymore. We think it’s important that a seller can receive a maximum of 100% of the ticket price. That’s why second hand tickets can only be sold and bought via the Bosloket.

The Bosloket is yet to be launched, more info will follow later.

Don’t buy via Facebook, Marktplaats, Viagogo, Tickettack etc.

You can’t buy legit tickets via these platforms, so don’t get scammed!

Tickets will be send out in the week of the event, so there’s nothing to sell yet. The only way to buy a second hand ticket is via the Bosloket, which is yet to be launched.

When and where does the party start?

We live in the dome of waterproof stages on the NDSM Wharf on Friday 15 and Saturday 16 October from afternoon till 23:00.

Dress up warm

All the stages are covered, but it can be windy on the wharf. So be sure to bring warm clothes. There are plenty lockers.

Lockers

There will be enough lockers for everyone. To save money and party without lugage at Into the Woods, we recommend to share your locker with your partyfriends!

Hard cups

When first arriving at Into the Woods you get your very own cup token. This guarantees your first plastic cup for free. This cup can be reused when ordering your next drink, or you can change it back to a cup token again. When you loose your cup or token a new cup will cost half a token/coin. The cup tokens cannot be interchanged for money. With this system we want to keep the terrain of Into the Woods clean and beautiful.

Paying at the festival

The currency on the terrain is specially made tokens, which you can buy with either cash or card. Visa and Mastercard creditcards are accepted as well.
